We will be in touch to finalize your tutoring session within 24 – 48 hours after you use this form to request services.
Please take time to read through and fill out the parent agreement form which is linked below. This form MUST be filled out completely and emailed to sparkybrainstutoring@gmail.com before your first tutoring session.
All shared information will be used ONLY by Sparky Brains Tutoring and ONLY to better assist us with the development of the student.
Rates for Tutoring Services

Registration Fee: $35/student
Each student is responsible for a one time nonrefundable registration fee of $35.
This fee covers materials needed, paperwork processing as well as set up into our cost and billing system.
This fee is applied for school year sessions and summer sessions.
Basic Skills Courses
Mathematics, Reading, English LA, Project/Homework assistance
Pre K - 1st: $40/hour
2nd - 5th Grade: $43/hour
6th - 8th Grade: $45/hour
9th - 12th Grade: $48/hour
Adults: $50+ range per hour
College Students: Starting at $45+
Travel Fee: Starting at $20.
This fee is applied when our tutors travel to you.
Specialty Courses
Spanish, ESL, and Mentoring
Spanish Session: Starting at $40/hour
ESL: Starting at $40/hour
Mentoring: Pricing available on request

Clients who attend tutoring in person can use a card or cash to pay as well.
Please do not submit ANY payments until you speak with someone in our office and they provide you with a confirmed slot.
All payments are NON - REFUNDABLE once submitted.
All clients are advised to make payments through their invoice via square payment method. All invoices are sent out in advance prior to tutoring sessions. All payments include an additional service charging FEE of 8% EVERY TIME a payment is processed. Invoices will be sent to the email address that you have on file and must be paid on time in order to avoid late fees. Payments are accepted biweekly or monthly ONLY.
Payment Policies and Reserved Time Slots
For placement security all payments are made a week in advance of scheduled tutoring session or monthly.
After registration, weekly payments must be made on Sunday’s by 5pm prior to your child’s start week. If payments are not submitted on time, your slot for that week can not be guaranteed.
After registration, monthly session fees must be paid by the 25th of each month. (ex. June must be paid for by May 25th).
When using a credit or debit card there is an 8% convenience fee. We will be looking to accept cash & checks soon.
Sessions not paid on time, will not be able to receive service until payment is made and only if sessions are available. Any payments made after the 25th of the month are considered late and will be subject to a $5 late fee.
Your payment entitles you to (1) 60-minute session per week only on the scheduled days we selected. (Multiple session options are available)
Sparky Brains Tutoring reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regular teacher is ill or is otherwise unable to teach. We ensure that your child will continue on their same schedule and receive the same quality teaching as given by the base tutor. If for some reason a Tutor is running late or absent, parents will be contacted with the contact information provided and informed of changes immediately.
